After a “Fast Fuel” 90 Minute Intensive…

I am dealing with several health issues, and had become frustrated and overwhelmed. I was not getting anywhere with my doctors, and decided to take a different approach to my health. I scheduled a 90 minute call with Emily and during our call Emily was attentive and understanding. At no time did I feel overwhelmed or that nothing was wrong with me. Emily validated all of my concerns. I knew I needed to make changes, and Emily made suggestions to help get me started. She explained her suggestions and gave me very doable steps to take. I was so thrilled with what Emily had to say that I signed up to work with her for 6 months.

After a “Fast Fuel” 90 Minute Intensive…

4-5 months prior to working with Emily I started dieting and exercising more. Both were working for weight loss, but my body still wasn’t feeling right. With a healthier diet I was still having digestive issues, brain fog, and stomach pains. It was almost painful to be eating healthier. I knew I was doing something wrong. I set up the 90 minute with Emily in hopes to learning some strategy and possibly work on the right diet ideas. She presented great information, insight, and methods to further my goals. Within a week of making the changes recommended by Emily the stomach pain was gone and the digestive issues shortly followed.  Not long after that the brain fog went away. “Being diagnosed with cancer was a wake-up call that I needed to make changes in my life. I knew my diet wasn’t great but had no idea where to start .
