Hi, hello, and welcome.
Hello and welcome! It is my greatest pleasure to be writing my first ever BLOG on my recently released website. I want you to feel you’re accessing REAL and WHOLESOME content regarding health and wellness as you navigate these entries. I plan to share everything from nutrition, to exercise, to hydration, to stress management, to self care, to sleep hygiene, to lifestyle, and more. I want to offer you a deep dive into my belief system and philosophy as I continue to practice habits that support my health, while navigating the chaos of daily life. These same principles, the principles by which I live, are the exact principles I plan to bestow upon each and every one of my readers and my clients.
Health is immense, it is daunting, and it is so important. For something that is relevant to us all, it is sometimes oftentimes most times the most complex idea for us to comprehend. What does health mean? A simple Google search will give you that answer, BUT I truly believe it is different for each and every one of us. And that is why health is so multifaceted.
The world offers a distorted view of health. It offers us a confusing and contradictory view of health. How are we supposed to know how to achieve wellness and live our best lives when the world actively distorts, confuses, and misleads us on a regular basis?
I vow to utilize this platform to educate, inspire, and offer you health in a digestible, attainable, and simplified way. No more distortion, no more confusion: simply what you need to know to flourish and thrive.
My passion is embedded in all things wellness. I am so fascinated by (and disappointed by) the way we are led to believe how little control we have over our health. When in reality, it is through the daily lifestyle habits we practice that we exercise our greatest control. And, it is how we choose to utilize that control that makes all the difference.
Our brain and our bodies are inextricably linked. Our mental and physical health intertwined. And the way we choose to fuel, day in and day out, ultimately determines our health outcomes. Unfortunately, we live in a world that fails to educate us on these most basic, foundational principles that can completely shift the quality of our lives. We accept a mediocre baseline of wellness. There is so much more to our existence than just feeling ‘okay,’ and I want to show you how.
I am here to help facilitate and offer you a pathway, the short and the sweet, to live your most fulfilling, vibrant life. And trust me, I have A LOT to say.
